Trois Bon French Style Salted Caramel Sauce
We make salted caramel sauce in small batches based on an old recepie from the Bretagne area in France. But we have refined the process so the caramel has a strong flavour and the salt is in good balance, which leads to a more rounded and less “sweet” taste. The caramel is best enjoyed with ice cream, crepes, pancakes, as a spread or simply by the spoon;).
