This Swiss Diamond double burner griddle is an extra thick oversized commercial cast aluminum griddle which conducts heat fast and evenly. The 17” x 11.4” griddle size fits over two burners and works on gas, electric, ceramic and glass stove tops. It is also the perfect size to use as a cookie sheet or for naturally defrosting foods!
The double burner griddle offers Swiss Diamond’s high quality nonstick material that stands up to wear and tear quite well. Swiss Diamond cookware features innovative non-stick nano-composite using diamond crystals, up to 200,000 per pan. The Swiss Diamond griddles are metal utensil and dishwasher safe.
