This is the traditional size used for lefse turning, though the 1.5″ is more popular.
Hardwood stick has tapered edges that slide easily under lefse sheets. It also has a hole drilled through the handle for hanging. 7/8″ wide, 24″ long. Wipe with a damp cloth and air dry completely.
